Both my Mom and I use this clinic as the staff and our Doctor are excellent. During these trying and difficult times (co vid) the staff and our Doctor have bent over backwards to accommodate us as they genuinely care about us and we certainly appreciate them and everything they do. The clinic is clean and the wait times are very minimal. We don't and wont go anywhere else as the level of care we get is first rate. I have been a patient at the Mt Ida Clinic for many years. I have found the staff pleasant, efficient, kind, accommodating and compassionate. Being a Walk In Clinic there is sometimes a wait but I always get care as soon as is possible. Dr Lorenz is my family Dr and I have been and am very satisfied with the excellent treatment I receive from him.
I have also occasionally seen other Dr’s at the clinic when Dr Lorenz. was unavailable and also received excellent care from each one.
