I wrote a letter to College of Physician and Surgeon to applaud Dr Tan for his incredible act of integrity, compassion and respect.
You will never understand the value of a good doctor unless you or a family member suffered from any chronic illness which require constant support from a medical professional. I'm a cancer patient, in and out of the hospital. I spend most of my days at ER. It's a great feeling knowing I have a doctor I can call and run to in times of crises. Thank you Dr Tan.

The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves.
