I have been training with 360 for a year. I started with only a hope to improve my health and lose some weight. My selfesteem was so low I went in expecting to fail. My trainer had the knowledge and experience to know how and when to push me. Before long I was looking forward to each session and holding my head higher than ever.
The advantage of this gym over others is the personal attention. You join the gym to be trained by one of the professional trainers there. They are all so well educated and all of them have great personalities. Having someone who is truly interested in your advancment helps you achieve goals you didn't even know you had.
Since starting at 360 I have lost about 10 pounds but I have gained about 13 pounds in lean muscle. I have shrunk by a whopping 40 inches. I have so much life and am more confident than ever before.
I say that if you are truly serious about getting healthy and fit, then 360 is the ONLY choice.

I went here today to get a manicure. It was only $30 but I tipped the girl $10. She was very polite and sweet, and explained to me what she was doing. Only problem I had was it was the polish was a bit messy but this was probably because I told her I was running later than expected for an appointment. Had lots of problems getting my son's hair cut properly and he wasn't a fan of the scissors or razor.... They were awesome! Very patient with both my 5 yr old and my 1 yr old. Made us feel very comfortable and everyone is cheery and welcoming. The boys hair looked great and was cut the way i asked! Trina did a great job and is wonderful to have as a stylist!
