I have had the pleasure of dealing with this business for approx 5 years now. The owner/operator has been professional and personable. He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after. As well, he allows you to observe the actual work he does and explains his reasoning and actions if and when i have questions. I would highly recommend this shop and owner for all repairs on all makes he feels he can do to ensure my and your satisfaction.

Chris came to clean up a mess left by an earlier garage door company. He did a great job. Cleaned up the wiring, relocated the door sensors to proper code, tightened the wobbly door opener motor, checked everything out. Very reasonable price. Chris is a nice guy too. Very pleased overall with C&W.

Highly recommend this business for body work. I used their app for quote and was contacted immediately after submitting info. I dealt with Roy. Super friendly and informative. Repaired my damage from a hit and run on front end of my brand new car. Estimated quote was exact and repair time was a day earlier than expected. Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.

The entire experience from start to finish was seamless! Mark is amazing and went above and beyond to process my claim and get my car in and out super fast. The technicians are extremely talented and I couldn't believe they got the dents out! I had 3 dents in and awkward spot on my car (on the frame above the rear passenger door) and have no idea how they got there.
