In a world where customer service is a LOST art, Steam Clean Express gets an A++ Dan is very good at explaining the process and honest about the potential results. New to the area I googled carpet I chose the company with the highest rating and it was actually correct! Smell is gone! the process was explained and they arent in and out in 5 minutes. Daniel really works the carpet even when its +34 inside the house. The lady in the office is very pleasant and cheery! I have been with this location, AB Storage South Red Deer #L072 for a few years now. They are always friendly & understanding. I have had to move three times (I'm down sizing) & they are always very accommodating. They Keep the property clean, clear of snow & ice. I have never had a problem accessing my unit. I once locked my keys in my unit & they were right there to help :) Their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this storage facility :) Read more
