I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed. Read more
