We came here in a rush with tickets to a show. The servers were understanding and did everything in their power to accommodate. They were wonderful! The entrees were delicious - nice solid, fresh ingredients and very nice flavour profiles. The stewed lamb with the tagliatelle was perfectly cooked. The tortellone with the ricotta, pecorino and the radicchio was just perfect...satisfying and memorable. As for the dessert, we both agree with another review on this board that this quite possibly could be the best tiramisu in the city. Overall, great service, great entrees, and an epic dessert. Most of all, the wait staff were helpful in helping us meet our showtime. Great place that we would visit again in a heartbeat! Read more

I had heard terrific things about Domani, a restaurant run by a former pro footballer from Afghanistan who has worked at some of Toronto's top restaurants, and had to come down to High Park and see for myself. The service was very courteous, prompt, and personal. At no point did we even have to ask for anything because it was already taken care of. The food was exquisite, well-presented and skilfully prepared. The portions were large but despite being quite full it was too delicious to leave any behind. The desserts were absolutely amazing, though next time I would do without the espresso. Though Domani requires a bit of a journey, I have not eaten anywhere in Toronto where gourmet food of this quality is available at such a reasonable price and accompanied by such excellent service. The best Indian restaurant in Toronto. The only restaurant on Gerrard with a constant line up (and think how many restaurants there are). A great buffet, always being replenished. Great variety of flavours and presentations. The bread is out of this world. If you order from the menu, the selection is even better.
