I have never been there for dinner, but for $5 martinis I go whenever I can ;) It has a great laid back atmosphere. Perfect for an after dinner drink without all the noise of a club or lounge. $5 Martinis until 12 can't be beat and with nearly 100 varieties, I have yet to try them all but I try to get different ones each time. If you want to snack on something well you drink get there before 1. Great place to go as a group, but get there around 9 before it starts to fill up. Ask if the back room is available. Great little private area if you have enough people. Nothing wrong with the service but nothing exceptional either. Read more

(Harlem on Queen) After a weekend of dining at pretentious good-for-nothing restaurants (re: Spice Route) we decided to settle for Harlem, my bf's idea as the location of this place is easy to miss with so many other eateries surrounding it. We had the brunch/lunch menu. The waitresses were very attentive. Served right away. Food was quite tasty, although the only negative part about it was that it came out a lukewarm. The catfish lafyette was delicious! Yam and yukon hash was good, but would've been better if served hot, as potatoes tend to get rubbery when it gets cold. The ribs were not bad either. There was a lot of food on the menu that I wanted to try today, so I'll definitely go back , maybe during dinner the next time. Read more

Excellent meal. Service was great - waitress was fun and checked on us every so often to see how we were doing. Food? Delicious! My burger was great, and the rest of my family thought good of the restaurant as well. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The old-fashioned chalkboard written deals and combos scattered across the restaurant felt like good-old home. I tell you all, this is my new FAVORITE place to eat. I had a bite of chicken fingers, too -- HeAvEnLy! If you decide to dine here, you won't be disappointed, I guarantee it! The waiter that sat us down was extremely nice as was the waitress serving us. The enthusiastic attitude of both of them definitely made this place having amazing service. The service is not the same at the Casey's near AMC in Scarborough. The service here was outstanding. I love this place. My collegues and I used to eat lunch there at least three times a week - it was right in the building where we worked. The selection of pasta is amazing and they always made sure to have a fair selection of vegetarian dishes for one of my girlfriends.
