Joanne at Picasso does my lashes here and she is the BEST in Abbotsford. I’ve been to enough places to compare and remain loyal to her. Does the job right, very professional, clean and hygienic. People on the street ask me about my lashes, my husband notices and loves as well. I will not go anywhere else! So many times in the past I have gone into my hair appointments nervous and clinging on to a picture praying whoever styles my hair will get it right. All of that has changed at studio 103.
