Our party of 6 sat out on the patio for our supper on a beautiful sunny day at the end of May. The service was good and for the most part the food was ok except for two out of our party who ordered the hamburgers.
Its disappointing that they can't make the effort to make their own patties. Espcially considering our wait time. Its not like the food was served super fast. In fact, it took a while but we didn't mind as we weren't in a rush.
Anyways, the burger patties are the kind of processed "precooked" patties that you can buy in the frozen food section at a grocery store. Rubbery and very off putting. A disappointment!
I had the NY strip steak, not bad but I ordered rare and it wasn't rested when they served it. Not a big deal.
We also had the calamari, zuccini sticks and patotoe skins for appetizers. All passable but nothing to write home about.
I'd go back again for a drink and an appetizer but I probably wouldn't have a meal. I love the pub inside, very old school british pub feel. I think it would be cosy in the winter. The patio has a great view and is a nice place to go for a drink.Read more

I am selling my house and accidentally broke the front glass on my fireplace while moving furniture. I brought the glass to The Stove Store in spencerville hoping that I could get it repaired. Due to COVID there was going to be over 2 months to get a replacement. The lad at the counter said he could cut a new piece and have the door ready for the next day. They cut the glass and replaced it for half the price of ordering a new glass. Highly recommend stopping here.Read more
