we purchased a c63 from this dealership over a year ago. It was actually funny, because we had no intention of buying that car - in fact we had been looking at an entry level C-class that would be good on gas, and a good daily driver. The salesman, however, was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic that that very same day, we had purchased a certified pre-owned c63.
Upon delivery of the vehicle, we experienced a few issues (the front grill was lose, one of the rims was scratch), however these problems were quickly resolved (we got a new grill and they refinished the rim). The Manager even got involved and everything was taken care of in a professional manner that was satisfactory to us. thanks MB Thornhill!

A truly enjoyable experience! It took us all of 30mins to decide on leasing our new car v/s the competition. VW’s secret sauce is its people. Yawar, our sales guy, was just amazing. Had also issue with fuel tank leveling (was driving on one tank only), ignition problems. The guys diagnosed, fixed all the problems same day. Volvo would charge me 3 times more than you may see on my attached invoice I paid.
