A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. I received more support at Shoppers in one hour, than I had received from the pharmacy I had gone to for 30 years. We worked with Paul a few weeks ago to do the home inspection for our first home. He was super knowledgeable, patient with all the questions, meticulous, friendly and professional. I don't have words to commend his ethics and hard work. Today, after moving in to our new place we panicked because there was some water on the floor.
