While the initial experience was poor, Mr Handyman has bent over backwards to fix and remedy the situation. They have since come by and made good on repairs and made good on my poor experience. not sure why there are negative comments about this company but personally had a great experience. everyone will say negative things. Who cares if they suggest there own shop and rental company its there job haha I'm sure if you guys owned a company you would do the same. and as for over charging or making up fees who cares that's why you have insurance!! the price you pay for insurance rates I would hope they would pay when the tables have turned. regardless they were professional and kind!! Here’s the bottom line: these people do what they say they are going to do, come when they say they are coming, and do a great job at a fair price without trying to sell you anything you don’t need. In addition they aare always happy to answer all my questions. They answer their phones right away or call back in minutes. Mr Foster did an initial 30 minute phone consultation at no charge and I didn’t not feel rushed or pressured. These people are professionals. I strongly recommend them. Read more
