We were members of both Shapes and GoodLife and Never will go back! The free yoga is an added bonus! They don't put up with rowdy or meat heads! Highly recommend this place, you won't get lost and you are not a number like other gyms in the area.

My mom needed medication & there was so much confusion with the doctor going back & forth with myself, your pharmacy dept & the doctor, the last delivery was gone for the day.
We finally got everything straightened out however , no delivery avail.
Your pharmacist delivered the available meds to my mom on her own time!!! After work... this is AMAZING service

I’ve found that lately certain locations have really gone downhill but I was pleasantly surprised by the Kildare location in transcona. They mixed up my toppings but fixed it immediately and upsized my pizza at no charge. I had the original thin crust and it was awesome. Thin and crisp but not overdone and the toppings went right to the edges. I was very impressed with the pizza and the very friendly service. This is definitely my new location.
