Very pleasant and professional people. The dental hygienist did not use scented products or perfumes, which is wonderful for a person like me with scent sensitivities. Dr. Jeffery was very respectful to the hygienist and to me. He did not try to push expensive procedures, and even told me the expensive procedures were not necessary (another dentist had tried to push expensive procedures on me, so this was a refreshing change). I called Cliffs Towing after my car broke down. Before the tow truck arrived, I found out that I could restart the car. However, I decided to wait for the tow truck in case the car broke down again. When the tow truck arrived, I explained the situation and the truck driver, Naveed, said that he would follow behind me as I drove my car to the garage. After I got to the garage, Naveed talked to his dispatcher and they decided that since they did not touch my vehicle, there would be no charge! Read more
