March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

Everyone at Glenbrook Dental is fantastic! The whole crew is really friendly and helpful and Dr J. Park is excellent! He explained everything really well to me and was compassionate about my financial situation! The receptionist was really helpful and kind! This is my first experience of writing a review for anything but I felt inclined to make Cambrian Animal Hospital my first. I can not come up with a bad comment to possibly think of as they have treated myself and my dog with the utmost respect and kindness. GREAT staff. Literally the best customer service staff I have ever experienced. Especially their receptionists. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I recommend this place to everybody and anybody with all types of pets. They truly are the best vet around (and yes, we've been to quite a few). You will be exceptionally impressed. Everytime I go in there to pick up food or anything, I genuinely leave happier because they are just that great. Thanks!
