This is a very well run store. It is always clean and has sufficient cashiers, Re-stocking of the shelves is done on the night shift so you don't have pallets blocking the aisles like some other stores. I registered a complaint online about a product that was not carried and Scott called me and had the product brought in. Excellent customer service. I would always use this No-Frills store even if I was closer to another. I feel my business is appreciated.

I don’t have the Store number, but I would certainly like to commend the Management and staff at Metro, Upper Middle Road. At Christmas time I went to a supermarket and asked them to make me a cheese tray, as they weren’t any on the display. They wanted nothing to do with that. So I went to this Metro and within 15 minutes I had my tray. Today I went for a salad and wasn’t sure which one my daughter wanted but the lady in that Department came and helped me.
