Ken is a trustworthy person who I look for in businesses. All of his employees share the same core beliefs. I've had four vehicles taken care of by Kendall's, never once did I feel like I was being overcharged or had work done that wasn't needed. In fact, I was given a general idea of what was upcoming in the next 6–12 months as far as maintenance was concerned. I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.
