I've been seeing Dr Smith for several years and even Drive from the US to see him. He is respectful and caring and always pleasant. His staff is also terrific. Mouth Matters is now the only place I feel comfortable going to for dental work. I am normally someone who gets very nervous going to the dentist, but everyone in her office is friendly and welcoming, which makes me feel way less anxious before my appointments. Absolutely amazing, the most kind professional dental office I’ve been too. I’m a 6’4 240lbs man so it’s common for people to think the dentist doesn’t cause me to act like a 4 year old like most who have a fear of the dentist. All the staff in the office were so kind and put me completely at ease. Any discomfort was dealt with immediately and the whole experience was probably the best I’ve ever received at a dentist! ESPECIALLY IN NIAGARA, I’ll be moving to the GTA but returning for the clinic.
