Very good doctor, but like many, very, very fast (<5min). Does not believe in annual checkups, which is the current trend. Canadian style medical treatment, English native? and other languages. Takes walk ins and extended hours. Front reception is one of the better ones, very kind and efficient. The woman with the sick child and low review -- I have not seen many "very sick" 2yr olds that are that out of hand.. and one should leave when asked, not wait for the police!

I was having Partial Complex seizures multiple times every year. I was also only having 5hrs of sleep during these years. I now have had only 2 small seizures in the last four and a half years. I am also back to my full 7 hours or sleep ever night, which is the correct amount for my metabolism, and it is still getting better! I could not have done it without Dr. Prouts expertise and caring.

On September 29th 2020, I had a TeleHealth consultation wth Dr. Russell OConnor. Because of COVID-19 apprehensions, arranging for me to have a virtual appointment relieved my anxiety greatly. Allowing my daughter to be present to assist me with technical support was much appreciated. I am most grateful to Dr. OCoonor for his patient, caring, respectful, and thorough virtual examination. I had a new crown affixed to tooth 37, a molar at the bottom left of my mouth in September/October 2020. Dr. John Keyes of Vancouver Island Prosthodontics performed this procedure. I found him to be a highly trained, careful, gentle and most excellent prosthodontist. He was very patient, explained every step of the procedure as he went thought the process and most patient with all my questions. Without reservation I highly recommend this prosthodontist! He is the best in the business.
