Dr. Malhotra and his assistants were friendly, efficient and professional taking the time to explain the procedures and answer questions. After signing consent forms for various procedures, he will sit next to you and read each point, further elaborate, and then ensure understanding. As someone with dentist anxiety, the staff as well as Dr. Soon are very sensitive. They notice clenched hands and fists and will repeatedly check in.
