My husband passed away six months ago and it is only now I am able to write and thank Dr Slaby for the extraordinary care he provided for him.His clinical plan gave us 2 and 1/2 years of additional life and memories for which we are forever grateful for.Words can never thank him enough for the hope he gave us all the while walking his journey with us.
Dr Slaby is a kind,compassinate and amazing man and the profession of medicine is fortunate to have him.As part of the system I know.

From the first phone call with Deeray, to my first visit at the office I found the customer service to be excellent. They are in Aspen mall and share a lobby with other medical offices which is very convenient. I am in the dental field and would recommend this dental clinic.

Jen, the receptionist, was very friendly and patient in answering all my questions. Dr. Jay greeted me wearing a mask and rubber gloves, a requirement for medical personnel to prevent cross-contamination between doctors and patients.
