There aren't enough character spaces in the small space to tell you how appreciative and grateful I was for the exceptional service at the Chinook store in Calgary - There was a customer service rep that helped me whose name was Paul and another customer service rep who was very helpful who I don't know his name plus the two guys that help me carry and load an awkward huge window .

It went very smoothly and their carpet installer, BEN, was extremely professional, showed up when he said he would, was friendly and personable, and very easy to work with. They have specialty equipment that allows for some impressive products.
They even took me for a tour of the back production area.
There front area was under construction by where the reception is so not much to see in front but in tbe back where the work is done is well maintained and clean as well as houseing industrial levle equiptment i did not expect to see.
The owner really loves what he dose and was even working on hand bevled specialty pieces of glass for a large staind glass piece.
