They have walk ins from 12-8 for all of their patients, which is very convenient when your Dr. is away. Very clean & newly renovated building. We live near Old Ottawa South - so taking our cat here is easy. Since covid, we visit via the parking lot i.e. only our cat goes in! Today, we were served by Dr. William MacDonald and I was impressed. He was easy to talk to, answered all our questions and offered to refer us if need be. Dr. MacDonald even came to talk to us in the parking lot. I have dealt with many vets over the years in Ottawa. None of them have been as approachable as Dr. MacDonald!
