There was a wonderful young man, Brian, that showed up and greeted mom as if he had known her for years... mom told him stories and he listened intensely. Contacted J last September and met with him to look at his product (hot tubs) and ask a few questions(well maybe a lot). I hadn't met anyone locally who was more knowledgeable or willing to answer all my questions more than J. He really knows his stuff. The quality of the tub I purchased is as good as a tub that is much more expensive. It had everything that I was looking for and more. J has been there to answer any questions since my purchase and definately feel as though I made the right choice. I would recommend Canco Pools and Spas for anyone looking for a tub with all the bells and whistles at a price that will beal all competitors. Thanks again J. (Video is taken of my tub on the day of install. By the time we were finished, it got dark and J took the video with me playing with the remote.
