On September 29th 2020, I had a TeleHealth consultation wth Dr. Russell OConnor. Because of COVID-19 apprehensions, arranging for me to have a virtual appointment relieved my anxiety greatly. Allowing my daughter to be present to assist me with technical support was much appreciated. I am most grateful to Dr. OCoonor for his patient, caring, respectful, and thorough virtual examination. I highly recommend others entrust themselves to his highly proficient medical practice as a physiatrist.

I had a new crown affixed to tooth 37, a molar at the bottom left of my mouth in September/October 2020. Dr. John Keyes of Vancouver Island Prosthodontics performed this procedure. I found him to be a highly trained, careful, gentle and most excellent prosthodontist. He was very patient, explained every step of the procedure as he went thought the process and most patient with all my questions. Without reservation I highly recommend this prosthodontist! He is the best in the business.

Lots of bad comments here, but personally I have never had a better office team experience. I am almost 70 and have been around the block with serious medical problems all my life. 3 different countries, multiple drs. For you who have problems with this office..grow up!

I had this heel pain every morning, on and off for last one year. Had a pair of insole made by (" foot ****), did not help at all. turns out it wastes my insurance quota money for the year.
Finally my GP send me to this docotor, he explained my problem, with oral medications and a new pair of real custom made orthotic, I feel like walking in the cloud now.. I enjoy my moring walk again.. thanks to this doctor..
