On September 29th 2020, I had a TeleHealth consultation wth Dr. Russell OConnor. Because of COVID-19 apprehensions, arranging for me to have a virtual appointment relieved my anxiety greatly. Allowing my daughter to be present to assist me with technical support was much appreciated. I am most grateful to Dr. OCoonor for his patient, caring, respectful, and thorough virtual examination. I was having Partial Complex seizures multiple times every year. I was also only having 5hrs of sleep during these years. I now have had only 2 small seizures in the last four and a half years. I am also back to my full 7 hours or sleep ever night, which is the correct amount for my metabolism, and it is still getting better! I could not have done it without Dr. Prouts expertise and caring.

I didn’t know that these small ligaments could cause so much trouble! My hips , back and legs all hurt a lot because of this. I have been afraid to put weight on my foot for the past two weeks. I used to work at Seaspan when I began my orthodontic treatment back in 2012. However, I was unsatisfied with the result left from the 1st orthodontist so transferred over to Dr. Pocock who helped centered my upper mid-lne which was shifted by a few millimetres to the left.
I'm quite old so am not the typical kid patient. I don't care for sweet talk. I judge a doctor by his competency, care and integrity, and Dr. Pocock delivers on all three of these qualities.

5 years ago our cat was hit by a car and it was 11:30pm by the time we found him. When he was barely able to move, we knew that we had to get him some care and fast. Our normal vet was closed and there seemed to be few options. Then, looking in the Yellow Pages, we found the ad for Vancouver Animal Emergency Clinic and thank goodness we did. As it turned out, our cat was in shock and suffering from a broken pelvis and a dislocated hip. Without the expert care and fast response of the veterinarians at the Animal ER it is likely that our cat would not have made it until morning. The caring staff ensured that they got him the care that he needed overnight until we was stable enough to be transferred to our vet for further treatment. The fact that he is dozing in the chair beside me today, 5 years later, is testament to the wonderful care provided at the Animal ER. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to deal with a sick or injured animal you love and don't know where to turn, call the Animal ER.

I was recently treated by Dr. M. Reskovich for an emergency tooth extraction. The extraction was of a molar and turned into a full surgical procedure, including bone augmentation. This was my first visit to Dr. Reskovich's practice. I am a retired dentist myself and I cannot emphasize enough about the skill, care and attention I received. Dr. Reskovich and his staff were most professional and truly caring. Dr. Reskovich administered the needle very gently and his hands were most skilled as he tackled a difficult extraction with patience. The office was clean and bright; the staff were cheerful and accommodating.
