I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. I had collision damage to a rear door and part of a quarter panel on my Lexus ES 300h. The insurance company recommended a repair place in London.).Tthe estimate was astronomical, with repairs on areas not damaged, such as recalibrating sensors, resetting the airbags, front end alignment, etc I went to Car Fixers based on reviews.
