I moved from Unionville to Newmarket two years ago. I still make a monthly pilgrimage to Mr Fish and Chips because I haven't found anything remotely comparable from here to Vaughan. The fish batter is light and flaky. Their chips are good, but the potato fritters (my personal favourite) are lip-smacking goodness.
The eat-in area is pretty basic. Definitely NOT somewhere to go on a first date. Come for the food, not the ambiance.

Mr soles you have saved my shoes!!!!! After looking at the reviews online I decided to checkout this store. He fixed the zipper on my shoes seamlessly and put full grip soles on my sandals without it looking different. 731 college street is the only thing I can really say. While the initial experience was poor, Mr Handyman has bent over backwards to fix and remedy the situation. They have since come by and made good on repairs and made good on my poor experience. Not often contractors care about their reputation, but Mr Handyman obviously does.... I will call again going forward.
