This restaurant has excellent sushi. The fish is so fresh and very high quality. The ratio of fish to rice is perfect. I've been eating there since it opened and their quality and great service have been consistent since day 1. Our "go to" meal for two is the medium Sushi Moriawase which is a 30 piece assortment of sushi and maki, a small salad and miso soup. I find the value for the money very good at $30 for two (+ tax and tip). I'm thankful they opened so close to home so I can get a good sushi fix whenever I need one! Read more

I'm not sure why it took so long to try this place out, after all, it's only 5 minutes away from my house. I'm glad I did, as it was a nice surprise. Featuring quite a big menu, with some good specials, there is something for everyone here. As with most Chinese restaurants, the portions are very big, but I found the prices to be lower than normal. The quality of the food and the speed at which it was cooked was impressive. With the exception of the egg rolls (which are obviously precooked and heated up), everything tasted hot and fresh. Very friendly guys work there and delivery is free over a certain amount. They do need to add a tip column to their receipt when they deliver though! All in all, a great little Chinese take-out place that I will definitely use again. The 'Atmosphere' is pretty irrelevant since it's really only take-out. There are 3 or 4 tiny tables in there, but I can't imagine anyone using them. Read more

Noodle Wok has been around forever in MIssissauga and was here when Mississauga was still mostly farmland and there was no Big shoppers/winners plaza beside it. The food is simply amazing! I have been coming here since a child and I know countless others who come here as well. I love the Beef Ho Fun and the General Tao Chicken. Its cheap fast and affordable! We ordered Chicken kothu parotta and Mutton kothu parotta online for takeout, which was really easy and fast. The kothu parotta is made with diced parotta and mixture of eggs,chicken/mutton and spices and served with gravy. It tasted really good and had fair amount of quantity for the price. I very conveniently live down the street from Lemon Grass, and as such find myself getting takeout from there frequently, and if I have the time I do like going in to sit for a meal. The food is always hot and fresh, and absolutely delicious. As a student, I appreciate that their costs of meals are really affordable, considering that there are almsot always left overs due to their generous portions. My absolute favourite is the spicy pad thai. It is sweet and spicy and has lots of chicken and shrimp, as well as bell peppers and onions and carrots. Absolutely delicious. All of their crispy chicken and duck dishes are delicious, they have a range of sauces that they prepare for whatever mood you are in. As far as appetizers go, they have mouth watering spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce, and fresh salad rolls with their addictive peanut butter sauce. The crispy wontons and mango salad shouldn't be skipped either, which is why I love their appetizer combo platter; 5 different appetizers to share with the table for only 12 bucks! Great value. The line ups can be long on weekends because it is a small space, but it is most definitely worth it. The service is fast and friendly, exactly what you want in a restaurant. They just redid all of the inside and it is a really lovely place to sit and eat dinner. With Lemon Grass, you really can't go wrong! Read more

We had chef's special sushi and sashimi plate, caterpillar roll, bibimbab. Everything was fresh, nicely presented. I had thick and fresh cuts of tuna, yellow tail, unagi, and even ikura sushi in the sushi plate, it was a nice selection of nigiri sushi. Caterpillar roll was bigger than I thought, and it came with miso soup and salad. One of my Japanese friend ordered bibimbab, and I didn't know it is served in the heated stone pot, it was very unique. The pot was still hot until we finish our meal! We spend around $60 for 3, considering it was dinner time, I guess it's reasonable price. Also we were seated in Tatami room which was very nice. It seems great for small party around 6 people.
