The staff is very professional and helpful not just when we purchase glasses but in encouraging us to come back to have our glasses cleaned and adjusted. Great experience at HealthOne's clinic in North York at Yonge and Sheppard. I visited the walk-in clinic and was really impressed with how smooth and efficient everything was. The staff were friendly and professional, and having an in-house lab was a huge bonus, made the whole process quick and convenient. The clinic is also very clean, and I love that they have RMTs, I’m looking forward to trying the massage therapy on my next visit. Read more

No doubt their dark roast coffee is some of the best. But this location is very small, busy and cramped. And the parking situation....difficult. Usually finding a seat is next to impossible. Balancing your purchases while waiting to add cream and sugar, a challenge. I will say the staff have always been pleasant to deal with, friendly and efficient. The selection of treats also good, if not a little over priced. Last trip in I bought a hot chocolate for a friend.... good. Another friend tells me the tea selection, also good. So all in all, if the craving for coffee is great enough, take out at this location is the way to go. Read more
