Called Charrois Heating & Air after the AC filled the house with a smokey smell - right at the beginning of a heat wave. They were onsite a couple of hours later and quickly diagnosed the problem. Joe(owner) and Mike(sidekick) are knowledgeable, considerate, professionals. Who listened to my concerns, the problems I was having with my boiler, they got to work,not wasting my money, brought in extra workers and had my boiler up and running. Added parts that should have been installed years before. They were very courteous, explaining & answering all of my questions/ worries. They were respectful (to this older woman). Cleaned up after themselves. Finally had the right fit for my home!
