Instead of rushing me, he actually listened,gave thoughtful suggestion like cinnamon cream cheese icing & options. Despite managing the entire section alone, SAM helped with incredible product knowledge and genuine care.That kind of service is unicorn-rare in retail. We where seated very quickly. Gave us about 10 mins to figure out what we wanted. The food was okay. my veggie burger was huge and barely fit the bun...but was yummy. the fries where okay. the desert was Very yummy. the only thing i didnt like was that the silverware was dirty...the ones on the table were but they brought us new ones...and they didnt ask if we needed refills on water ect. so i guess my experience was Okay. id go back if i knew it would be better tho Read more
