Dr Kozak cares about his patients in a way that we haven't experienced in many years. He took the time to listen to each member of the family as we were onboarded a few years ago. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, balanced, and open minded. We appreciate him so much, as we have a couple of chronically ill family members who have been failed miserably by the Health Care system. Dr Kozak truly does his very best to compensate for the failings of that system within the limits imposed on him.

The office is bright and nicely finished with a large selection of frames and sun glasses. They sell only the most up to date lenses, so you know you are getting the best quality pair of glasses available.
The eye exam was the most detailed eye exam I have ever had. They take pictures of your eyes in order to monitor for any changes in eye health between exams, they explain everything they are doing. It was great. I even took my 6 month old baby for his first eye exam.

My three children receive orthodontic treatment at Hamilton Orthodontics. The staff hasn't changed in years and is always welcoming and friendly. We always felt they knew us and cared. Dr. Johnston is very knowledgeable about a broad number of health problems and I can tell that he reads up on new conditions and treatments often. He takes time to listen to a patient's health history and ensures all applicable tests are administered. The office building is old but the parking lot is not packed and is easily accessible. One complaint I do have is that there is no schedule posted online and he does not have everyday office hours so it is hard to tell when he is in for the day and when he is at Urgent Care.
