Dr. Shankardass has been my family physician for roughly 40 years. I now live nearly 3 hours away but have kept him as my doctor. His range of knowledge is incredible but, if he doesn’t know something, he’ll admit it and find out. I have seen check in a book or call a specialist for information. You can’t go wrong with someone who knows so much and checks carefully when he is unsure.

Let;s start with I am terrified of the Dentist due to a bad past experience when I was Younger. My First visit to this office for a pre exam assured me I was going to be in good hands as from the moment I walked in the front door I was welcomed and all the Staff made me feel like Family. My visit On Saturday was to have 2 teeth extracted and I tell you I was nervous. The doctor and assistant made me feel welcome and the extractions went off with little to no pain.

I took my 4 year old daughter to see dr Mcissac and was not disappointed my daughter was very nervous he took the time to explain all the tools and steps she is very happy to go to the dentist now and don't get scared we love dr mcissac. took my 8 year old ausitic son to see doctor mcissac usually at any other dentist we have to hold him down not at mcissacs he had a gentleness with our son that completely soothed him 100% recommend him will be taking my 2 year old soon

I have been a patient of Dr. Yvonne LAM at Wakefield Dental for over many years. In addition to the excellent care of Dr LAM and the team for my regular tooth/gum care, I suffered a trauma to one of my front teeth-it broke in half..YIKES. The reception staff, Tracey and all, did get me in same day. Dr Lam repaired the tooth with her usual expertise, can't even tell where the repair starts. I just wanted to thank Dr. Lam and the entire staff for their compassionate and excellent care.

Dr. Johnston is very knowledgeable about a broad number of health problems and I can tell that he reads up on new conditions and treatments often. He takes time to listen to a patient's health history and ensures all applicable tests are administered. The office building is old but the parking lot is not packed and is easily accessible. One complaint I do have is that there is no schedule posted online and he does not have everyday office hours so it is hard to tell when he is in for the day and when he is at Urgent Care.
