Was always a home depot shopper due to its proximity to my house.one day i decided to go to lowes cz they had a good deal on bbq. The customer service was phenominal. I was greeted as soon as i arrived by a young and ready to help associate. I ended up buying more than just bbqs. Never goin back to HD again,u never get this kinda service there. Cheers Lowes! Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market Read more

All the employees (Gurpreet & Lori) that I dealt in this location are very helpful. Customer Service is topnotch. The delivery men who brought up my balcony storage chest were also very professional and prompt. I have such positive experience, I will be shopping here again even if I live in North York. Read more
