Very professional/experienced staff, appointments are on time and facility appears to be well cleaned. I have had several appointments at this clinic and have been very happy with the entire process and results I have received. We visit Kelowna at least once a year and when we do, theres no better place for my wife and daughter to get their hair cut and coloured than with Jimmy at Cabella. He and his staff are always friendly, professional and provide amazing service. There are lots of salons in Vancouver but my wife will wait several months if she knows were heading that way to make an appointment with Jimmy. Hes that good!
