He wasn't warm and talkative and that was just fine by me although at first it caught me a bit by surprise. He was a straight shooter and that is what I wanted. Dr. Der is hands down the best doctor I have ever met. He is patient, understanding and very thorough. I always feel better when I leave because he makes sure I understand everything and is always professional. The receptionist there is also very nice, what a sweet lady!! I have been going to this Dental office for the last 10 years. I have now moved to the south but still travel here because of how good of service they provide. I now have young children and I had to take them by myself to an appt this week. They were all outstanding and I couldn't say more great things about Oliver Family Dental. The receptionist watched my busy 2 year old so I could get my teeth cleaned and the hygienist looked in her mouth as my eager child wouldn't leave until she got a turn!
