I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I found this company through a groupon / online coupon for a furnace servicing. They were easy to schedule, came on time, serviced my furnace and were not pushy about upselling to other services. I had 'Ali' and he was polite, knowledgeable and very nice. It's great to get a deal with a Groupon, but it's better when you don't feel like they are treating you like less of a customer. I'll be replacing a furnace soon and will definitely give them a call again! Read more
