We arrived a little late for without reservations, but the restaurant had a table and seated us immediately (was a full house). My dinner companion ordered a glass of wine (sauvignon blanc) which was delivered promptly. I had Shiraz. We ordered the salade. The salad was crisp, fresh with crunch toasted walnuts, sweet roasted beets, and tangy raspberry viniagrette. The prawns were fabulous, seared tender and sweet, prepared with lemon butter, tomatoes and capers. Our entrees were the New York steak and she ahd salmon. Both were very good, prepared just right with a light charred crust. Did not stay for dessert, as we were out of time and had other commitments (hotel reservation) and a curfew. Our server was attentive, without being intrusive, and very helpful with explaining the menu choices. Unfortunately, he was a he. Room was dark, clean, lots of wood tones... room is a little packed, but acceptable because the darkness assured privacy. Read more

My wife and I live near this Milestones and have gone a number of times. Every time we have been to this Milestones we have received fantastic service, and the food has been fabulous. We enjoy visiting this location, and especially enjoy the heated patio with views of the mountains on the North Shore! I would recommend this Milestones to anyone! Read more

The restaurant has a colourful decor, friendly staff and overall a cheerful atmosphere. They say they cook authentic Malaysian food; well I can verify this, however, I can say that I love every dish on their menu. They were voted 'Best Other Asian Restaurant' in 2008 and 'Best South East Asian Restauranr' in 2009. I think this alone says a lot. Read more

I visited West with a friend that had been there a couple of times before. The outside of the restaurant was very unassuming. You would have no idea that there was a fantastic restaurant inside. Parking may be an issue as it's a busy streetfront but they did seem to have valet. We sat at the bar and had cesars until our table was ready--made fresh with muddled tomato right in front of our eyes. The food was all amazing both in appearance and taste. REALLY good. Great value - Great Food - Great Service We went to Cravings for Valentine's and it was simply one of the best dinners we have had in Vancouver. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. They had a great selection of 4 starters and a selection of 4 entrees. We had the " best of both worlds" - an awesome combo of seafood, chicken and steak. The tiger prawns were huge and grilled to perfection. The double bittersweet chocolate cake for dessert was outstanding in both presentation and taste. Great selection of wines - reasonable prices and a very quiet setting.
