I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, their integrity and for going above and beyond

You are treated respectfully as a customer should. Couldn't find a better "order out of chaos" manager/mechanic. Had two vans done there and rode away like I was driving a Cadillac. Sometimes it's hard to pin down a problem, but they don't quit and may lessen the bill if warranted.They know their stuff.
