I came in to do an Amazon return. I was unclear about the steps and did not bring the QR code required. Luckily the staff were able to sort it ou for me. Special shout out to Codee who patiently problem solved the tedhnidql difficulties being experienced by this senior citizen. It was a very positive experience and I will be back.

Reitman's in Shawnessy is the most amazing clothing store I have ever frequented - not only do they carry petite sizes, their products and prices are the most economical and well lasting. After having an awful experience at the downtown office, I drove to this location. Staff are very pleasant, well informed and empathetic. They turned me away examining steps to take and when I came, I was greeted with the same outstanding service from other staff. I wish the downtown location would learn a thing or two from these folks!

The staff are all kind and friendly but staff member "Sharanjit G" has been an amazing person to talk with and get help upgrade my phone with
She had the whole thing done in a record time for us, under an hour and was extremely helpful and I cannot recommend going to this store just to see HER enough!
Store is very clean and has a good selection, very happy shopping here every single time :)

Bell provided the most outstanding service I have ever received from any business retailer. They are always very personable, courteous and supportive. Although they encouraged me to transfer to a less expensive plan with a subsidiary company, they still spent over an hour copying my new phone from the old for me. They patiently walked me through the transition with my new phone, knowing I was not technically skilled. I will return to Bell when this phone contract expires. So grateful to Bell!
