Super impressed with the team at Fix Auto in Brooks. My vehicle was in an accident and required a lot of work to get it up and back on the road. They got my car in right away, were very friendly, called me weekly with updates and had my car finished and like new back to me in 13 days! A full week sooner than I was expecting even with the additional damages that were found when the panels were removed. The customer service and quality of work were impressive. We took our truck into Brooks lube to get the bearings redone on the differential. They did the job and unfortunately the bearings failed. So we took it back to them, they checked it out and they said it sounds like the bearings. Sadly, their supplier said they could not cover it under warranty. But it needed to be done. So… They repaired it again and when I went to pick it up and to pay for the job (over $1300 worth), they said they covered it with a Brooks lube warranty. Raves to Brooks lube Read more
