Dr. Smith is a very kind understanding surgeon. He did a total hip replacement on me and let me go home on the same day because I hate hospitals. My dad and girlfriend have had repairs done there , they went above and beyond . My dad had is vehicle fixed and they located a used computer board used as saved him literally hundreds of dollars , my girlfriend is also very impressed . very fair and professional.

It was a totally decent place, everyone was really friendly. We were travelling (moving) with cats and I smuggled my kitties in and they kind of turned a blind eye. Besides that everything was clean and professional. You always know what to expect with this chain - reasonable price, clean, everything works. I'd stay here again if I had to stay in Nanaimo and just wanted a good place to sleep (as opposed to a Bed and Breakfast or something).

Our family of 7 - hubby and 5 girls decided to stay at the Hospitality Inn on our visit to Port Alberni. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating - we wanted 2 rooms close to each other and of course near the pool and hot tub area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The fridge and microwave came in handy with the baby. They were nice enough to provide us with a playpen for the night. The kids swam until 10Pm in the pool with dad while my oldest daughter and I had a bite to eat in the restaurant. If we ever decide to visit again we will stay at the Hospitality inn.
