My three children receive orthodontic treatment at Hamilton Orthodontics. The staff hasn't changed in years and is always welcoming and friendly. We always felt they knew us and cared. Our questions were always addressed and the appointments ran on time. More importantly my children always felt comfortable, really liked the staff and Orthodontists and all have amazing smiles. Dr. Johnston is very knowledgeable about a broad number of health problems and I can tell that he reads up on new conditions and treatments often. He takes time to listen to a patient's health history and ensures all applicable tests are administered. The office building is old but the parking lot is not packed and is easily accessible. One complaint I do have is that there is no schedule posted online and he does not have everyday office hours so it is hard to tell when he is in for the day and when he is at Urgent Care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yvonne LAM at Wakefield Dental for over many years. In addition to the excellent care of Dr LAM and the team for my regular tooth/gum care, I suffered a trauma to one of my front teeth-it broke in half..YIKES. The reception staff, Tracey and all, did get me in same day. Dr Lam repaired the tooth with her usual expertise, can't even tell where the repair starts. I just wanted to thank Dr. Lam and the entire staff for their compassionate and excellent care.

Dr. Miller was instrumental in his effort to prevent the loss of an eye. After close attention to his assessment prior to and after the surgery, his treatment has proven itself to be a major success. After a year things continue to improve without a recurrence of hypoxia. To wait long enough and monitor one's own eye based on his assessment has proven to be a measure of his accuracy as a medical professional. His knowledge of the cranium gives him a highly developed edge over eye loss.
