Called in for a broken spring on my door. They were very busy but the girl answering the phone said she would look at the GPS and see if any of the trucks were ahead of schedule and would call me right back. 10 minutes later she called to say a tech would be there in the next 90 minutes. Tech showed up 50 minutes later, was very professional and pleasant. Even did an annual service at no additional cost. I recommend Garage Door Depot to everyone.

Hadn't had any work beyond basic for almost 100K and my SUV had rolled over to 200K. Was scared to take my SUV in, as it would be a mechanic's dream and they could recommend $$$. Matthew was great and honest and gave me a full breakdown. Got out of there for minimum $ but with recommendations and time frames for later. He seems to have clients that he cares for over time than one time customer fixes. Can't say it for most but I fully trust and recommend Matt. Sent family there the next week.

This place is awesome and very kid and pet friendly. Well dogs must be leashed but I would rather that so I dont have to worry about strange dogs coming up to my childern, There is a nice play park area where the manager puts up water slides and has BBQ'S on canada day for the whole camp ground to come enjoy some fun family filled activities. They had all sorts of lawn games out and its just great the manager will go out of her way to make you feel welcome and the washrooms are always very clean. I seen she does them in the early am so she doesn't get in any of the tentants way. This place is very fun my kids love living here they play all day long and ride bikes and play at the park and they have alot of fun, Cause the manager always brings them treats with approval of the parents I and my family love it here and its great they keep the place looking great!!! we love it here. And the price cant be beat!!!

Right from the first phone call, Ken was very helpful. He took the time to understand what I needed for the move in detail and gave me a very specific and reasonable quote for the service. They were flexible with the dates and made the move work when it was best for me. Unless it is a long weekend, my wife and I will be bringing our bikes here exclusively from now on. The level of service is unparalleled in the city. I had what I thought was a blown seal on my master cylinder in my brand new brake lever. I went to 2 and called 4 different bike shops and they all instantly tried to sell me new set of brakes and said my brakes were pooched. Went to MSG and the mech took one look and said "Oh, this happens with these brakes from new" Simple bleed. Done.
