Barrhead Agency Registry Office

The staff are professional, efficient and helpful. They are also very friendly.

Rude, the employees working in that office, needs to retire or take a tourism course. To teach them how to be polite, helpful and considerate of their fellow humans. They represent our Alberta Government! Maybe the Government should check in on them?

Extremely Bad Service!

I went to the Barrhead registry to renew my I.D. card and the two employees present were extremely rude and condescending, and the service was nothing short of horrible. Even though I live close by, I'll be more than happy to go out of town next time and take my business elsewhere, as I will never, ever step foot in that establishment again.

Driving instructo...

Driving instructor was very very rude and condescending. It's easy to make silly errors when extremely nervous. Examiners should be more understanding and able to help calm drivers so they show their driving abilities. I failed my test due to the fact I was far too nervous and her attitude was making it worse by the minute. My AMA instructor, family and friends were absolutely shocked that I failed my test. This examiner needs to be let go and replaced with a person with better people skills
