    Unfortunately, our pet hamster escaped her cage and she got into our furnace. Kevin had the unenviable job of helping us extract her and making sure there wasn't any damage. he was helpful, courteous and professional. We were extremely satisfied with the service, and booked a follow-up furnace and duct cleaning. with Knight.
