    Furnace High Limit Switch Issue My furnace high limit switch was kicking off and forcing a cycle of my furnace and digital thermostat to shut down then reboot up. This was preventing my furnace from reaching the desired temperature in the house. Tommy from Knight completed an assessment and determined that the furnace filter needed to be changed. Instead of up selling me,kept my costs low. I will call on Knight / Tommy the next time and they will get their money back in spades. Thank you

    We have had them out to our house several times now, fixing a variety of plumbing (plugged main sewer drain) and heating (boiler failing) problems. Their people are prompt and always professional. They explain options well.

    I had a seat the was stripped in my 50+ year old bathtub faucet. I tried to get it out myself no joy. I called Knight who I have used for multiple jobs and they had Jay at my door within the hour. He was courteous and helpful. Explained my options after doing his inspection. The fix was a log shot but Jay made it work. He gave me a few pointers for future care and the price was reasonable. Thanks Jay! Stephen
