Great store employees helpful. 3rd party installers they hire are incompetent. We purchased dishwasher they came and discovered mouse problems. Told us what to do. Hired an electrician fixed problem as per their instrctions, when they showd up said not enough wire. They couldnt provide wire nor would they wait 10 mins for us to get. ? How can they install an electrical connection legally to appliance if they are not qualified as claimed. Poor customer service. Mgrs confrontational

This was the worst hardware store experience ever I bought a small can of magnetic paint that was $44 and when I bought it I told him what I needed it for and they said that it would work for what I needed it for and it didn’t so I called them to ask if I could return it and they said I could so I drove 25 minutes to go return it and when I got there they said that I can’t return it

I bought an over the stove Frigidaire microwave. It broke down 3 months later and it has been a nightmare ever since. My credibility has been questioned by at least one manager who seems to delight in personal attacks.I have spent hours on the phone. This unit was bought and installed by Lowes and to replace it has become a full-time job. I would never, ever buy another item, even a plant, from this appalling business.They wont stand behind their products. Buyer beware.

Now that the renovation is complete, the store is actually pretty nice and organized. However, theres a few areas, like the flooring, hardware and some product selections that could be improved on if they want to be a more complete supplier in the reno market. The store itself is great though.
